About TRH

Father. Husband. Engineer. Builder. Like his clients, Tate Rice believes the foundation of a successful and fulfilling life is family. When off the jobsite Tate may be found at home with his wife, Anna, and their three children, Will, Sally, and Ginny. As a dedicated husband and father, Tate knows that a home is just a house without a family. As an engineer and a builder, Tate’s passion for his own family drives him to build the finest homes for his clients.

Clients who choose Tate as their homebuilder benefit from his engineering and construction expertise, experience, and collaborative approach. Building and reinventing homes for families for over 10 years, Tate is not new to the Triad. He grew up in the Winston-Salem/Clemmons area and returned home shortly after earning his mechanical engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Clients rely on and trust Tate’s engineering proficiency, knowledge of structural integrity, precise attention to detail, and well-developed project management skills, all necessary components to the complex process of building a home.

Collaborative efforts with his team of carefully selected Triad realtors, subcontractors, and designers help Tate and his clients carefully craft, build, remodel, and reinvent homes that are timeless. Clients frequently attribute Tate’s collaborative style to the success of their home building project and describe the process as a team effort and an enjoyable experience.
